SALESPERSON

DESCRIPTION

The Salesperson will work with clients to evaluate needs, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process from the first client meeting to the close of the project, and after, should that action be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Meet with potential clients, take notes, photos and measurements to provide estimates via PandaDocs

  • Communicate with clients through client’s preferred method

  • Assist clients with project questions and product selection

  • Review service calls in a timely manner

  • Maintain above 30% close ratios as well as par numbers

  • Fill out material lists accurately and note any hardship factors related to the job

  • Setup projects in person (for larger projects) to help guide Foreman

  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment in the state that they were received  

  • Manage time properly and give each client a courtesy call on their way to their scheduled appointment

  • Follow the company dress code and professionally represent our company at all times

  • Maintain a professional attitude

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Positive communication skills including conflict resolution

  • Basic computer skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Construction experience
