Hardscape product guarantees are provided by the manufacturer and vary per company. If you have an issue with the product, the manufacturer will need to be contacted. We can assist with that process when required.

• Paver movement due to base failure

• Regluing loose caps / pavers

Not included:

• Paver shifting due to vehicular traffic (cars, lawnmowers, etc.)

• Paver movement due to issues unrelated to workmanship that include, but are not limited to:

  • Water accumulation from gutters / pipes​

  • Broken sprinkler lines

  • Placement of heavy accessories such as flower pots or hot tubs​

• Cracked sand joints​

• Cap / step material not holding sand
